I mentioned in my post yesterday that the beautiful Fairview Inn (just across the street from our house) had caught on fire. I ventured over this afternoon to see the damage and it was a pretty sad sight. Everyone in Bridgewater is hoping it can be salvaged as it has been an important part of the community for over a century.
